BACK WORKOUT TO GET A LARGE BACK

 In order to get a big and well developed back you need to work on the major muscles In the beginning of your work followed by minor muscle 


First we will be working on the major muscle the LATS and we are going to superset that With another Large muscle the TRAPS 

First exercise well be a barbell row.


 Here we well be doing 10sets, in the first set exercise we are  going to be using underhand grip and switch to neutral grip on the second set. We are going to keep changing the grip until the tenth set.

We are going to be supersettting the barbell row with a dumbbell Traps Raises which will begin in the fifth set of the barbell row 



The second Exercise Rear Deltoid flys superset with dumbbell bench rows Sets 3-6

The last exercise is pull-ups this exercise is a great finisher because it hit's every single muscle on your back.Sets 3-6
